We offer free proof reading and review of all your printed material. Every order placed at AZPrint.com, is proof-read by our prepress department. We even attempt to check phone numbers, dates, web addresses, and zip codes in addition to spelling and most grammar. And if your marketing material doesn't make any sense we aren't afraid to tell you.

Your artwork is carefully inspected by our pre-press department to ensure that it will print well. We will warn you if your fonts are too small, if the resolution of your files are too low, if a blue color will shift to purple, if a black will turn gray, or dozens of other problems that may occur during printing. We prefer to notify you about problems before printing than to play the blame game after printing.

Our printing includes free delivery to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, greater Phoenix and all of Tucson. For all other cities within the continental U.S., there is a flat $10 shipping fee.

Printed cardstock orders are automatically upgraded to our 16pt cardstock. That's thicker than the cardstock offered by Overnightprints or Vistaprint. We also don't charge extra for high gloss UV-coating or semi-gloss aqueous coating. It is not our goal to bait you in with low prices and then up-sell you at every step during checkout.

To our customers we offer free business card designer software with hundreds of free design templates. Some of the business card designer templates are pretty good. But nothing beats a custom designed card. If you have any doubt about our printing quality or the thickness and feel of our papers and cardstock, just click the "send me a sample" link when viewing any product.

You can be sure your artwork uploaded correctly by previewing the automatically generated proof on our website. Note that in some cases we will need to e-mail you a proof. Our prepess department will also review all your files before they go to print.

At your request our prepress department can perform minor adjustment such as moving or changing text, and swapping out pictures, free of charge. This is true whether it is a website or your art files.

If the modification requires numerous revisions or extensive changes there may be a charge. Our affiliated graphic artists are also capable of any creative idea you have no matter how complex.

We can invoice your business for the amount due and still charge you the same low prices posted on our website. All invoices balances are kindly due in 30 days. Just click on the my orders at the top of the screen to view your latest invoice.

Data asset management is a fancy way to say that we will store your artwork files in a way that is well organized and accessible to you on-line. It allows you (and us) to quickly find any file you have uploaded or e-mailed to us in the past.
